Parts bought from our shop

Courier delivery anywhere in South Africa costs a flat R180 per order.
Delivery is free on orders over R3,000.
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
All prices, including delivery, include 15% VAT.

Suspension work (forks, shocks and other parts sent in for service)

Forks and shocks are big, awkward parcels, so courier costs to and from our workshop depend on the size of the item and where you are. WhatsApp us on 078 504 9478 before you send anything. We'll quote the courier cost both ways and tell you how to pack it.

Delivery outside South Africa

We send parts worldwide and accept suspension couriered in from other countries. We've worked with riders in Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Angola, the DRC, Eswatini (Swaziland), Dubai and the Czech Republic. WhatsApp us first for a courier quote. Any import duties or taxes in your country are paid by you.

Collecting from our workshop

You're welcome to collect or drop off at our workshop in Bonaero Park, Kempton Park, free of charge. Please WhatsApp us first to arrange a time.

How long it takes

Main centres: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
Regional and outlying areas: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Card payments (Payfast) are sent once the order is confirmed. EFT orders are sent once the payment reflects in our account.
We don't dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you within 1 working day. You can wait for it, swap it, or get a full refund.

Couriers and tracking

We use The Courier Guy, Aramex (formerly Fastway) or 88 Courier, depending on where your parcel is going. Once your order is sent, we'll WhatsApp or email you the tracking number.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it's damaged or something is missing, WhatsApp or email us with photos as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, and we'll sort it out with the courier. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
